SalesToAccounts is deliberately narrow: UK eBay sellers, eBay Managed Payments, non-VAT cash-basis bookkeeping, and supported accounting software for one controlled workflow.

Xero is supported now. FreeAgent, QuickBooks Online and Sage are coming soon. Planned integrations are not available in production yet.

Anyone can apply through the web form. Access is granted only after manual review and approval.

Create an account

Sign up in the app. No card required upfront.

Connect Xero and eBay

Authorise both connections in the app. STA reads payout data from eBay and posts entries into Xero.

Choose your mappings

Choose where sales, fees, refunds, adjustments, and the clearing line should land in Xero.

Review one real payout first

Review one historical payout before enabling scheduled posting. Scheduled posting only runs after you switch it on.

Approval

What approval checks

Each free-trial request is reviewed manually before access is granted.

  • Fit with the published scope.
  • Whether eBay Managed Payments is the live workflow being handled.
  • Whether the bookkeeping looks like a non-VAT, straightforward fit.
  • Whether the accounting software is supported now.
  • Whether the setup looks likely to work cleanly without bespoke handling.

If something looks unclear, I may reply with a short follow-up before approving access.

Support

Support commitment

Usually within 1 business day means you should receive an initial reply, clarification request, or next-step update by email within that timeframe.

  • Support is email-first, and trial or application questions are handled through the published application and contact routes with founder-led follow-up when needed.
  • The first reply may be an answer, a clarification request, or the next step needed to move things forward.
  • A call can be arranged when needed, but it is not the default support channel.
  • More complex bookkeeping or configuration questions may take longer to resolve fully, but you should not be left without an update.

£15 monthly or £150 annual if you continue after the trial. No card upfront and no automatic billing at trial end.
