Service Terms
These terms apply to the SalesToAccounts SaaS service.
Service terms and privacy reference the integrations page as the authoritative current list of supported commerce platforms and supported accounting platforms.

Scope
- SalesToAccounts processes supported commerce platform payout or settlement data into supported accounting platforms.
- eBay Managed Payments is the supported commerce source.
- Xero is supported now. FreeAgent, QuickBooks Online and Sage are coming soon. Planned integrations are not available in production yet.
- Subscription plans and current pricing are published on the pricing page.
Supported configuration
- UK-based business usage is required where the service is offered.
- eBay Managed Payments is the supported commerce source.
- Non-VAT only. VAT workflows are not supported.
- Designed for straightforward cash-basis bookkeeping without stock, inventory, or cost-of-goods handling. Broader accrual workflows are not supported.
- Single entity per subscription is required.
- GBP only.
- The integrations page remains the authoritative page for the current supported configuration and supported platforms list.
What we do
- Scheduled payout sync per tenant.
- Replay-safe and deterministic posting.
- Traceable outputs for review.
- Scheduled posting windows for predictable output.
What we do not do
- We do not submit to HMRC.
- We are not accountants or bookkeepers.
- We do not provide tax, bookkeeping, or accounting advice.
- We do not provide real-time processing.
- We do not provide custom mapping consultancy or migration project work as part of standard support.
- We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by any platform unless that status is formally published.
Customer responsibilities
- Keep access credentials for connected supported platforms secure.
- Keep user access and roles correct.
- Review destination postings and resolve issues.
Eligibility
- The service is provided for business use.
- If an individual uses the service, they do so in a business capacity, for example as a sole trader.
- The consumer regime is not intended to apply.
Trial access
- New customers start by requesting the 30-day free trial through the published free trial route.
- Anyone can apply through the website, but trial access is granted only after manual review and approval.
- No payment card is required upfront to request or start the trial.
- The trial includes full functionality for the supported workflow.
- The trial includes up to 12 months of history.
- More history may be made available on request where we agree it is workable.
- The trial does not convert into paid service automatically at the end.
- If you want to continue after the trial, paid access must be agreed and started separately.
Fees and billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the monthly or annual plan selected in your order or payment flow.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
- You authorise our payment processor to collect recurring subscription fees and any applicable taxes using your chosen payment method.
- Receipts or invoices are issued through the payment flow or on request.
- VAT status:
Not VAT registered. - We may change pricing on notice. Any price change takes effect from the stated date, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Renewal, cancellation, and refunds
- You can cancel at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- When a subscription ends, scheduled syncing stops and connected platform activity is paused unless and until service is reactivated.
- A discretionary goodwill refund may be considered on the first paid billing cycle only if requested within 14 days of the first charge.
- Unless we agree otherwise in writing, fees for partial billing periods are not refunded.
Payment failure
- If payment fails, we may retry collection during a short grace period.
- If payment remains overdue, we may suspend the service and pause scheduled syncing.
- Service access may be restored once overdue amounts are paid.
Changes to the service
- We may update, replace, or remove features and integrations where needed for security, platform changes, legal compliance, or product development.
- We will try to avoid materially disruptive changes without notice and will give reasonable notice where practical.
- The supported platforms list is published on the integrations page and may change from time to time.
Acceptable use
- No abuse, probing, or automated misuse.
- No access to another tenant’s data.
- No unauthorised redistribution of this service.
Availability and suspension
- Best-effort availability only; no real-time guarantee.
- We may suspend for security, abuse, compliance, or incident response.
- Material incidents are published on Status.
Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, business interruption, or data.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Our total liability is capped at
the fees paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or GBP 0 if no fees were paid during that period). - We are not liable for tax or external reporting outcomes.
Disconnect, deletion, and retention after cancellation
- Customers can request immediate disconnection and deletion on support request.
- Disconnection is processed by removing tenant grants and stopping scheduled jobs.
- After cancellation, customers can request deletion at any time.
- If no deletion request is made, service data is retained for 30 days after cancellation before normal deletion handling continues.
- Deletion and retention then follow the Service Privacy Notice.

Governing law
- These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the law of Scotland.
- The courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
