What does SalesToAccounts actually do?
It turns eBay Managed Payments payouts into clean, reviewable accounting entries so the bookkeeping work stays at payout level instead of being rebuilt manually in spreadsheets.
Who is it for?
UK eBay sellers using eBay Managed Payments on a non-VAT, cash-basis workflow with Xero live today.
Which accounting software is supported now?
Xero is supported now. FreeAgent, QuickBooks Online and Sage are coming soon. Planned integrations are not available in production yet.
Is this instant signup?
Yes. Signup is self-serve via the app. Create an account, connect Xero and eBay, review one real payout, then enable scheduled posting.
What happens after signup?
You connect Xero and eBay inside the app, choose your account mappings, then review one historical payout before enabling scheduled posting. Scheduled posting only runs after you switch it on.
What is included in the free trial?
The trial lasts 30 days, includes full functionality for the supported workflow, includes 12 months of history, needs no card upfront, and does not start automatic billing at trial end.
What does it cost if I continue?
There is one paid plan with two billing options: £15 monthly or £150 annual.
What is explicitly outside scope?
VAT workflows, accrual-led workflows, stock or inventory handling, cost-of-goods handling, HMRC filing, real-time sync, broader marketplace coverage, multi-entity support, and non-GBP setups.
What support should I expect?
Support is handled by email, with founder-led help and first-payout review when needed. A call path is available by email request when setup or support needs it. Usually within 1 business day.
Does this provide HMRC filing or bookkeeping advice?
No. SalesToAccounts does not file to HMRC and does not provide tax advice, bookkeeping advice, or a general bookkeeping service.
