If you don't match the above, SalesToAccounts is not suitable yet.

What is supported
Source
- Source: payout and settlement data from eBay Managed Payments.
- Data processed for this connection: payout references, settlement identifiers, payment amounts, status, and reconciliation metadata.
- Platform access is limited to the current tenant only.
Destination
- Destination: payout-level posting into Xero.
- Delivery: scheduled payout-level postings (manual journals) with stable, traceable references.
Requested permission categories
- eBay: merchant-scoped payout and settlement read permissions required for posting accuracy.
- Xero: scoped permission to write controlled ledger records for authorised tenant journals.

Disconnect & deletion
- Revoke permissions from Xero and eBay to block future processing.
- Email support from your registered account email with your account email and organisation name.
- We may ask you to verify your identity or authority before actioning changes.
- We remove access tokens and processing copies; we then apply the retention schedule in our Service Privacy Notice.
- We confirm completion per support request.
